Biography
Tara earned her Master of Science degree in Non-Profit Management from New England College in 2009. The focus of her thesis work was Strategic Plan Design and Implementation. Tara received a post-graduate certification (Mini-MBA) in Digital Marketing from Rutgers University in 2012. In 2014, Board Source awarded her a certificate in Non-Profit Board Education.
In addition to strategic planning and digital marketing, Tara’s professional interests include non-profit governance, board development, public policy, fundraising, and strategic communications. Over the last 15 years, Tara has held many positions with the Institute including that of Assistant Director. She has presented at professional conferences hosted by Autism New Jersey and Princeton Child Development Institute. Tara currently serves as the Institute’s Coordinator of Communication.
